Wisdom teeth are actually the last teeth to be erupted in the mouth in adult people, eruption time ranges from 17 up to 24 years old. Genetically , some people have a large size jaw which can accommodate this wisdom tooth, in these cases we don’t have any problem as the wisdom tooth function normally in the mouth.
In this case we can notice the carious lesion affecting the wisdom tooth and the adjacent one due to delayed decision from the patient to take this wisdom out.
